Digital will be sent as a Google Drive link with three PDFs (11x14, 8x10, and 5x7), 3 PNGs, and 3 JPGs. The PNG is what you’ll want to upload to most photo printing sites. The PDF is what you’ll want to use to print at home. If you want to print a canvas choose the digital option and include a note in your personalization box that says CANVAS and I'll format it correctly for that.

5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11, 9x12, 11x14, 11x17, 12x16, 13x19 will be printed on heavy textured watercolor paper - you can request to print on high gloss archival photo paper.

16x20, 18x24, and 24x36 will be printed on high-gloss archival photo paper. Textured watercolor paper is not available for these sizes.

- Send the highest resolution photos you can. But know that I can work with whatever photo you have.
- If the photo exists on Facebook, Instagram, or another online site, go to it on a computer and click on it, then right-click on the image and save it down, and send that to me.

- All prints are unframed. Frames in photos are for illustrative purposes only. If you want your portrait framed, let me know and I can invoice for the difference as I keep frames on hand.
- The photo you submit will determine the final quality that I am able to produce. With most embabies I'm able to do a very photorealistic capture, but with others, I need to be a bit more interpretive.
- Colors will vary from phone to tablet to a computer monitor to print. Keep in mind that when printing on watercolor paper the ink is less saturated, if you want a very saturated print please choose glossy paper.

Standard production time is 5-7 days. This does NOT include shipping time. If you need yours done faster, please purchase the RUSH listing and also text me at 314-225-5881 with your name, order number, and tell me that you placed a rush order. During rush season I get dozens of orders each day and that means dozens of texts.

Note that during rushes (Christmas, Father's day, Valentine's day) production times are the amount of time it takes me to create your painting once I start - they are NOT the amount of time it will take you to receive it.

Note that Canvases take an additional day to print and mount. This does not include the initial waiting time.

I will send a proof before printing and mailing; however, it will have a time limit on it, and if I don't hear back about any modifications before that time frame is up I will mail as the proof shows.
